Improved filters in the Vault
We have enhanced the functionality of the vault, with a focus on providing better tools for admins.
Updated filters for admins
When in the Vault, you can now tick 'Show All' to see every single post in the Vault across all departments and locations.
Another enhancement to the filters is that when you select a department, the location filter will automatically adjust to display only the locations associated with that department. Similarly, choosing a location will refine the department options to show only those relevant to that location. This feature streamlines the process of adding posts to the vault and navigating the vault library.
In our effort to enhance clarity, we have updated the terminology in departments and locations when adding a post to the vault and using the vault library filters. The previous 'all' option has been replaced with "everyone" for departments and "everywhere" for locations.
We have also added a filter to help you choose the order of posts. These consist of:
- Date last shared, newest to oldest
- Date last shared, oldest to newest
- Date added, newest to oldest
- Date added, oldest to newest
- Total shares, highest to lowest
- Total shares, lowest to highest
- Expiring soon
Improvements to the Vault Library
Under each post, all users can now see the following:
- The department and location that the post has been added to
- The total number of times it has been shared
- Which colleague last shared it, and when
- When you last shared it
